We are a high volume busy restaurant looking for an experienced prep cook. We are entering our busiest season at Hook Restaurant. With our spring/summer menu being released soon, we are looking for prep cooks to enhance our team.
Here at Hook, we specialize in fresh seafood ; serving dishes including octopus, oysters and wild caught fish.
We are looking for a prep cook that is experienced enough to allow our line cooks to succeed without concern.
At Hook the BOH and FOH are a team. We are looking for cooks who are professional, positive and can work with initiative. We require those to have traits of urgency, accuracy and overall care for the products we provide.
Hook Restaurant is laid-back yet elegant beach bar, offering a unique blend of quality service in a relaxed atmosphere. Our team is genuinely passionate for both exceptional seafood and creative cocktails.
Being an independent restaurant surrounded by big franchises, Hook Restaurant stands apart with it’s small and memorable staff. We are looking to expand our team and family as summer is just around the corner.
